Cactus Materials' Research and Development (R&D) lab, low volume manufacturing (LVM) and design centers are based in Tempe & Chandler, Arizona, USA. Our facilities consist of various advanced tools including molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), Rutherford back-scattering systems (RBS), Thermal oven, lithography tool, and bench for cleaning solutions- all are in cleanroom (1000, 100, and 10 class). Cactus R&D effort and Grant with Arizona State University (ASU) provide unparalleled access to all other equipment needed for customers. 

Cactus high volume manufacturing is exclusively in Japan, ISO certified, RoHS compliant, maintaining high degree of quality and dedicated line of manufacturing.
