Nicole marked her career at professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Arizona State University (ASU) and now Joined at Cactus to lead R&D team as Chief Scientific Officer (CSO). Additionally, she acts as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as an Interim position. she will lead research and development in Surface Science, Wafer Nanobonding, and surface cleaning solutions. She brings wealth of experience in physics of surface chemistry, next generation materials, considered pioneer at heterogeneous nano-bonding. She is an entrepreneur at heart and building $$M two amazing companies in Arizona and now takes lead on Cactus. She has >+100 papers and publication in the field of physics, chemistry and materials.
Roger Spencer, BS (EE/MSE), MBA
Director of Sales and Board of Director
Roger joined Cactus in early 2017. He is an accomplished senior process engineer with 31 years of experience in semiconductor product, process and equipment management and development at Digital Equipment Corporation and Intel Corporation. With vast experience in project management and team leadership Roger brings much enthusiasm and strong communication skills to the Cactus team. Roger has authored and co-authored papers on semiconductor process and yield technology in numerous journal publications and he has received multiple awards at DEC and Intel. Roger received a BS in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science (Dual Major) at Cornell University and an MBA from Babson College.
Ron Miller, BS (ChE).
Strategic Business Development (Sales and Marketing)
Ron has an outstanding accomplishment in technical sales/marketing and business development. His work involve with various materials ranging from solar, nanoimprint lithography and biosensors. He has more that 20 years of experience working at various semiconductor and capital equipment companies . His focus on Cactus is strategic alignment of products for industry need and layout strategy for scaling. He has unique ability to understand complexity for scaling technology to production and commercialize it. Additionally he worked 4 years as U. S. Naval Intelligence Analyst, Veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Ron received BS in Chemical Engineering (1997) from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. USA.
Tofael Ahmed, MS
Director of Business Development and Sales
Tofael Joined Cactus in July 2017. He has 30+ years of professional experience in semiconductor process technology, development and sustaining. His last position was engineering manager at Intel Corporation. With years of process engineering and management experience in semiconductor, Tofael brings wealth of knowledge and leadership to Cactus team. His primary focus will be both in business development and sales at Cactus. Tofael has authored and co-authored papers on semiconductor process, and received awards for team excellence from Xerox Corp and award for first time functional chip from Intel Corp. Tofael received BS in Ch Eng from University of California, Berkeley and MS in Engineering Management from University of California, Irvine.
Wey Lyn Lee, BS (MSE)
Business Operation & IP Control
Wey Lyn Joined Cactus in April 2017. She has wealth of experience in Materials Science, 3D printing, and Precision Cleaning. Along with experience in technology management, she manages Cactus Business Operation and Finance. Additionally she coordinates research and development work with Arizona State University (ASU) and other research institutions.
