Why Precision Polishing for Rolls & Shafts is Necessary 

If you struggle with issues like damage and noise on the surface of a printing roll before patterning is applied, even after the cylindrical grinding process, precision polishing is the engineering miracle that will solve such problems. 
Recent advancements of high-performance films have contributed to the development of finer patterns and it is these finer patterns that brought about a new problem of increased NGs as subtle damage or noise, which used to be ignored, are now unacceptable.
Although the cylindrical grinding process also achieves mirror finishes, it does not satisfy the requirement for a perfect surface without any damage and imperfections.
